After spending five days away from home hanging out with good friends on the the beach in Florida, I returned home to a package I was not expecting. The package was covered with an artful array of scribbles which I don't think the sender had a hand in designing, but when I opened the package I knew Desiree was clearly responsible for the creation of the contents. Inside the package I found the most beautiful pair of hand-knit socks I have ever seen and when I slipped them on I found they fit my feet perfectly. Amazingly Desiree had no idea what size sock I would wear and sized them based on my height. Do yourself a favor and drop by Desiree's Etsy shop, Hamncheezr, and check out all of the really cool hand-crafted items she creates.
